The B-MAC 450 is an extremely versatile and flexible machine which can coil round or flat cable, in coils or spools and is able to change the type of production within minutes thanks to the panel touch screen from which the operator can recall a previously saved program.

Regarding coiling, the machinery can create different inside diameters and heights (from 50 mm-1,97" to 200 mm-7,87"); the same is true for spooling where the machinery can use spools with different hold-holes, different flange diameters and heights.

The spools can be of wood, plastic or cardboard. There are different packaging options for the coils and the line can be entirely automated packages with strap only, with the strap and thermoshrinking film or thermoshrinking film only. The packaging for spools is with stretch film or auto-gluing film.

A complete line may be made of: a flyer pay-off, a motorized pay-off with accumulator or both, according to the type of cable, a spark, lump and neck down detector for the cable control, an automatic feeding group of the empty spools to the B-MAC. The coiler/spooler B-MAC comes complete with all equipment necessary for measuring, traversing, cutting plus a rotating manipulator, the strapping machine, the packaging line with thermoshrinking film and the wrapping machine for spools and, of course, includes the operative panel for the line control.

Process automation is supervised by an electronic programming system that provides a high level of securities, which allows the line to be stopped immediately in the event of problems. Additionally, this programming system provides all the necessary information to identify and remedy the causes of the problems.
