Automatic coiling lines suitable for flexible and non-flexible/rigid cables.

A self-alignment driven pay-off feeds the horizontal or vertical accumulator.

The cable then passes to the lump and neck down detector, length measuring device and spark tester. Coils can be strapped with diametrical strap or two/four toroidal straps and then moved to the packaging stations where it is thermo-shrink wrapped, labelled and palletized.

The palletizer places the coils on the pallet taking into due consideration the best stability of the load and filling of the pallet's surface.

The maximum packing height of coils on the pallet is 1.500 mm (59,1"). From 1,5 coils/minute of 100 m (328') lengths for large diameter cables, to 2,75 coils/minute of 100 m (328') lengths for smaller cable sizes.
