MAC is the automatic coiler designed by EFAF SRL in order to satisfy the requirements of small and large cable producer companies that have to package many different types of cables in small quantities. The wire can be supplied to the line with a flyer pay-off or a portal pay-off with vertical accumulator.

At the exit of the coiler there are three possibilities:
- Toroidal or diametrical manual strapping machine;
- Diametrical automatic strapping machine;
- Automatic packaging with thermo shrinking film.

It also possible to insert in the line customers existing pay-off units or thermo shrinking stations. The electronic system is controlled by a PLC with a Touch Screen operator.

The Automatic Coiler MAC 400 is very compact.

The management is very simple thanks to the manual movements that are controlled at the operator panel. The menu for the different types of cables are stored in the PLC and recalled by the operator just at the moment of the operation. The machine is complete with electrical controls and pneumatic plant and for easy installation; the electric cabinet is on board. Everything is supplied with safety devices according to EC rules. It is also possible to have MAC with larger diameter plates (600 mm and 750 mm diameter).These larger plates are particularly suitable for the packaging of aluminium cables.
